Material Properties

PTFE Plastic features continuous operating temperature resistant to 250°C, short-term operating temperature resistant to 310°C, strong acid-alkali resistance, organic solvent, self-moistening, and good viscosity resistance. It can be added to glass fiber, graphite and molybdenum disulfide to increase rigidity and wear-resistance.

PTFE engineering plastic comprises fluorine resin; fluorine resin materials include PFA, PCTFE, and PVDF. While PFA, PTFE and PVDF are weldable materials, they can be used in acid supply system piping, acid tanks, spraying pipes, and acid-alkali resistant parts and fixtures.
