06 May, 2021After 14 years of processing and manufacturing, the professional accumulation of material and mechanism designs, and stable quality and service performance, SHEN-YUEH has attracted major factories both at home and abroad. In 2020, we successfully developed our optical parts business, and as the demand for parts from the existing semiconductor factory continues to expand, the current production capacity has become insufficient to meet customer demands.
SHEN-YUEH started its factory expansion plan in October 2020, with the goal of expanding its original factory by nearly 330 square meters. This plan will add one large milling machine (processing range of 1 m x 800 mm), one small high-speed milling machine (speed of 15000 RPM), and one grinding machine to import advanced processes and enable production precision to conform to optical, biotech, and medical industry requirements. The factory expansion is expected to start production in the second quarter of 2021.
